How to register a DLL file to windows?

Go to run and write: cmd

for Command Prompt

To clear screen, use "cls"

To navigate into the root directory, use "cd /"

To navigate into the directory "syswow64", use "cd windows\syswow64"

To Register DLL to Windows, use "regsvr32" like "regsvr32 FM20.dll"
